Here is a very simple tutorial on how to make hot sauce. This is my personal recipe and it is fairly easy to make your own! The ginger does not add much taste but it helps to quell the stomach problems that sometimes happen when you eat too much hot sauce! it is delicious! enjoy! i estimate this at about a 5 out of 10 with jalapenos as a 2 and bell peppers as a 0 Overall a delicious tangy and fruity sauce that goes well on almost anything you want to add a kick to!
